Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

IT Solutions LLC wants hhivp.com to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, which also underpins the European Accessibility Act and EN 301 549.

We consider the Site partially conformant: the core journeys — navigating, reading about services and case studies, and sending an enquiry — are accessible, while some elements are still being improved (see "Known limitations").

What is in place

• Semantic structure: one first-level heading per page, a logical heading hierarchy, and landmarks for navigation, main content and footer.
• Full keyboard operability, a visible focus indicator and a "skip to content" link.
• Text alternatives for all meaningful images; decorative icons are hidden from assistive technology.
• Text contrast of at least 4.5:1 for body copy.
• Animations are disabled when the system "reduce motion" preference is set (prefers-reduced-motion) and are not started on mobile devices.
• Responsive layout with no horizontal scrolling; content reflows at 200% zoom.
• Forms with labelled fields, clear error messages and no time limits.

Known limitations

• The Cloudflare Turnstile check in the contact form is a third-party component; its accessibility depends on Cloudflare.
• Some decorative desktop background effects are rendered on canvas and have no text equivalent (they carry no information).
• Client websites we link to may not conform to WCAG.

How we test

Automated checks (Lighthouse, axe) run during development; key journeys are periodically reviewed manually with keyboard only and with screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver).
