This Privacy Policy explains what information IT Solutions LLC ("we", "us") collects through hhivp.com and how we use it. Some data is collected whenever you use this site (contact form submissions, technical metadata); analytics cookies are used only if you consent to them via the cookie banner — see Section 3, below.
When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, company (optional), phone number (optional), and your message.
When you submit the form, our server also records your IP address, browser user agent, referring page, and country, along with the submission timestamp. This is used for spam and abuse prevention, not for tracking your visit.
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify you are not a bot. Turnstile processes your IP address and browser signals under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
If you accept cookies via the banner shown on your first visit, we load Yandex.Metrika and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — page views, traffic sources, and on-site behavior, including session replay and click maps (Yandex.Metrika Webvisor). These tools set cookies and may process your IP address, browser and device information, and the pages you visit. They do not load before you consent, and you can revoke consent at any time — see Section 7, below.
On your first visit, a banner asks you to choose "Accept all" (analytics cookies load) or "Necessary only" (analytics stays off — only the cookie that remembers your choice is set). Your choice is stored in your browser and applies to future visits until you change it.
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry and to provide the services you requested. Submitted form data is delivered to our team via email and internal notification tools.

These services process the data only to deliver your message to us or to measure site usage; we do not sell or share your information for marketing purposes.
We keep the information you submit for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship. You may request deletion at any time — see Your Rights, below.
